Barabar Caves Excursion
Introduction:
Barabar Caves is Asia’s oldest surviving rock-cut caves located in the Jehanabad district of Gaya, Bihar. Built by Emperor Ashoka for the Ajivaks, a sect founded by Makkhali Gosala that originated during the period of Jainism and Buddhism. The caves have an uncanny feature of echoing the sound made inside it for 3 minutes.
