Buddha Smriti Park is the modern meditation center located in the heart of Patna. It was built to commemorate 2554th birth anniversary of Buddha. A spectacular Stupa in the middle of the park, known as Patliputra Karuna Stupa houses the original relics of Buddha found during excavation at Vaishali.

The park has two saplings of the Bodhi Tree, received from SriLanka and Bodh Gaya. There is a laser show in the park every evening depicting stories of Bihar from the time of Ramayana to the post Independence era.
