Payment Policy:

For all the services contracted, payments should be made through the options listed on the website before the commencement of the service. No other mode of payment is currently accepted.

The price listed for each package covers upto a maximum km and/or hour, that will be provided to the traveler at the time of booking. For trips exceeding the mentioned km and/or hour, extra amount will be collected at the end of the trip, for which the traveler may pay to the driver in cash or make the online payment as desired. The extra amount will be billed at the prevailing booking rates.

Cancellation Policy:

All the cancellation must be done through the online link provided on the site. The cancellation charges will be 6% of the paid trip amount till 3 hours prior to the trip, and 30% thereafter till the start of the trip. The remaining amount as per deemed would be refunded back within 5-7 working days of receiving the cancellation notice. Cancellations/refund for third party services availed through our website would be according to the corresponding service provider.

No-show Policy:

In case of no-show or cancellation after start of trip, there will be 30% cancellation charges, along with with a penalty of Rs. 200. Please contact us at support@www.travelbaits.in for the refund.
